PART-TIME CASUAL | HOURLY

We are currently seeking a part-time/casual Wedding Planning Coordinator who is able to fulfill both weekday remote-office event management and on-site weekend event production, approximately 8-10 weekends per year (typically May - October). Hours ebb and flow based on our events and business needs. Our small team works collaboratively and we follow an "everyone does everything" approach, though each team member has their own defined role.

This position carries a large focus on vendor and client interaction - walking our clients through all aspects of the event planning process. First and foremost, we are seriously committed to building amazing relationships with our clients and vendors and creating an exceptional experience for all.
